i watched the 'Glenoid Procedure' operative video. Neat!
Loved the part where the surgeon pushes in the glenoid plastic bit (2:48) "purely on finger pressure alone"...
Then he proceeds to wail on the piece with hammer! Wack! Wack! Wack! Wack! Then he checks to see if it's seated properly. Man, with wacks like that it would be a miracle if it wasn't.
